A class meant for the girl in your life who could use some support in creating a strong body image, in regulating anxiety and nerves, in learning to focus the mind, and in enjoying her mind/body/spirit!

Yoga ​​​​​​​​​Skills for Good Mental Health

This group is meant to teach the skills that create a good relationship between the brain and the body. It is a gentle practice utilizing breath, meditation and mindfulness, awareness, thinking exercises, and relaxation to teach the skills research has proven to relieve stress, anxiety and depression, PTSD, and to change habits of mind and body.


Sessions are 60 minutes  and will focus on a specific intention for improving your thinking through yoga poses and skills taught.  This is not a fitness-type physical practice. Chair supported sessions use the chair for sitting postures and also as support for standing postures, as needed.  Roll and Release class on Sunday nights is a Yin focus and uses the foam roller for release of emotional and physical stress and strain.

Single session ($20) OR use a session pass (6 sessions for $100).  I can also bill to some insurances, if you have a mental health referral or are a client of mine.

~2 Saturdays a month w/chair

~2 Saturdays a month w/out chair

Mindfulness Skills for Good Mental Health

Learn the practices and skills that create in the moment awareness and thereby create better mental and physical health. Learn to pay attention and gain awareness and through that awareness gain control and wisdom in navigating life’s challenges. You will actively participate and commit to a practice that utilizes your strengths to improve your mental well-being.  You will learn to employ effort and action to move toward health, inner peace, and overall well-being.

Thursdays 6:30-7:30PM (no class on Thanksgiving)

Come when you can as a drop-in  $20 per drop-in
OR come when can as part of your pass (good for yoga and for mindfulness sessions) 6 sessions for $100
OR if you are a client and insurance is appropriate, we can bill.
